About Patrick Gnehm, MBA.

With nearly a decade of Talent Acquisition experience, founder Patrick Gnehm created TalentSync. His track record includes spearheading highly effective hiring initiatives, achieving remarkable year-over-year headcount growth, and enhancing team productivity. His collaborative efforts with leaders, including C-suite executives, have driven strategic hiring initiatives focused on accelerating revenue growth.

Patrick has worked in a variety of industries including Technology, Health Care, Accounting and finance, and more.  He has helped stand up entire teams (including leadership) in Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. Patrick consistently sources top-tier talent to fulfill specific business needs. He is also a passionate advocate for talent development, having led training sessions on sourcing top-tier technical talent in competitive marketplaces.

In 2020, Patrick earned an Executive MBA from UTSA. He also holds BA from McGill University in Economics / Political Science.
